Swiss Numerics Day 2020

The Swiss Numerics Day is an annual informal meeting following the tradition of the "Journées Suisses d'Analyse Numérique" launched in 1976. Its intention is to bring together researchers from science, engineering and industry in Switzerland who are active in numerical analysis, scientific computing, and high-performance computing. The program consists of two plenary lectures, selected contributed talks, and a poster session.

    Conference registration deadline: 28. May 2020
    Talks submission deadline: 30. April 2020
    Notification of acceptance of talks: 8. May 2020
  • Registration

    Participation is free of charge, however, all conference delegates are required to register. Contributed talks and posters are very welcome!

    If you intend to present a poster, we kindly ask you to print and bring your own hardcopy. We will provide boards, where the posters will be displayed during the poster session.
  • Program

    The event will start at 9.15am, and will end at approximately 4.30pm. Details will follow in due time.
  • Local information

    SND 2020 will take place at the University of Bern. The conference will be held at the Exact Sciences building, which is within 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station:
